Built on site management and craftsmanship

COP Bouwbedrijf grew out of years of experience in site management and hands-on work on major Dutch construction projects: hotels, residential conversions, student housing and healthcare facilities. We specialise mainly in mechanical and electrical installation, backed by broad construction experience.

With experienced, hands-on management, we assemble a scalable team for each project consisting of experienced installation technicians (installation technology and electrical) and construction site specialists, precisely tailored to the job.

We combine deep hands-on technical mastery with real site management experience. Because we know how large-scale site operations work from the inside out, we communicate seamlessly with main contractors, solve problems proactively on site, and deliver clean, high-precision execution on tight schedules.

We work for main contractors, property developers and business clients on hotel renovations, building conversions, residential projects and complex installations.

In hotels and commercial property we install heating and ventilation systems, often while the building stays in operation. In residential and student housing we install pipework systems for many units at once, up to 4-pipe heating and cooling systems for 400+ units. And in healthcare it is all about precision work where downtime is not an option and hygiene and safety come first.
